We use Australia Post Australia-wide shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Total shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and will be calculated at the checkout stage.

When will my parcel be shipped?
We endeavour to process and pack all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Our couriers will then pick them up the next business day. However, this is not guaranteed.

Can I track my order?
If you included your email address while you were shopping, you will automatically get tracking notifications by email or head to AustraliaPostTracker and type in your alphanumeric tracking code. 

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Please note that delivery times are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Once our courier has picked up your parcel:

Capital Cities: 2-3 business days, Non-Capital/Rural: 2-7

Returns

If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased please replace the lid (must be over 3/4 of the bottle remaining), get in contact and we will be happy to assist with the next steps.

Change-of-mind returns: You may return most new, unopened items in new condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, if a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 – 10 days of receipt of your package at Maybe Sammy cocktails.
